Key Responsibilities:
- Developed the UI for Cargill Risk Management Single Page Applications using MEVN (MongoDB, Express.js, Vue.js 2, Node.js) Stack.
- Responsible for writing logic to dynamically render huge set of data in table format, from resultant JSON object.
- Utilized Vue for reactivity, creating reusable components and custom directives, that can be implemented across applications saving development hours.
- Implemented Lazy Loading of the modules to decrease the initial payload and downloading time.
- Troubleshoot, debug and remedied identified issues before deployment, mostly using developer tools.
- Performed API testing using Postman and unit testing with mocha and chai.
- Followed Agile development methodology using Kanban boards, sprints, daily standups, backlog refinements, retrospectives and defect management using JIRA.

- Designed the UI making sure that all user stories were fulfilled, with a personal style!
- Consumed ipinfo API and GeoIP to locate the user i.e., to obtain the latitude and longitude.
- Based on the location information, consumed Open Weather API, to obtain the weather description, icon description, temperation etc. in JSON format.
- Converted JSON data to JavaScript objects for further use in the code.
- Used Skycons for displaying the weather icons with an animated effect.
- Displayed background images corresponding to the weather conditions and time of the day.
